One Time Childcare Assistance Grant
Our Temporary Child Care Assistance Grant provides assistance with child care expenses for eligible families who are working or participating in an education or training program.
Specifically, we are awarding a one-time $500 childcare subsidy to a select few applicants until our funds are exhausted! Applications will be reviewed for eligibility in the order in which they are received. Awards will be granted to eligible applicants up until the organization has exhausted its budget for this initiative.
Eligibility Requirements
Have children under the age of 13 or under the age of 18 if child has a known disability
Parent(s) or Caregiver(s) must be actively employed or participating in an educational or training program.
Must meet household income requirements

In order to be eligible for our one-time child care assistance grant, families must be at or below 300% of the 2021 Federal Poverty Level:

Current proof of income
Birth Verification for all applicant household children
Verification of Educational Activity/School Schedule
for adults (if applicable)
Picture ID for Applicant
Proof of Residency (lease agreement,
utility bill, mortgage)
Contact info for child care provider
Brief letter of interest detailing how your family would benefit from this one-time grant
How It Works
Submit your application no later than November 30, 2021
Working Parents Foundation will review applications and will award families based on highest need
Awards will be announced on December 10, 2021
If you are awarded, Working Parents Foundation will pay your childcare provider directly no later than December 17, 2021.
