Back to School Family Grant
As we are all starting to feel the crisp air, we know that back to school season is in full swing! Back to School can be an incredibly exciting time for families and children. It can also be stressful due to the added costs of school supplies, clothing for growing children, field trips, etc.!
As a working parent, it can feel overwhelming with all the added financial obligations and wanting to ensure that your child is starting the school year with the supplies they need to have a great year.
Our Back to School Family Grant is designed to provide aid to working parents who need some extra support for school supplies. Working Parents Foundation will award eligible families with necessary items until funds are exhausted. The grant application is open to all working parents. Employers are also welcome to apply on an employee’s behalf.
How It Works!
Submit your application no later than September 15th, 2022.
Working Parents Foundation will review applications and will award families based on highest need.
Awards will be announced on September 22, 2022.
If you are awarded, Working Parents Foundation will provide you with a $250 Amazon Gift card to be used for school supplies.

Eligibility Requirements
Have children under the age of 13 or under the age of 18 if child has a known disability
Parent(s) or Caregiver(s) must be actively employed or participating in an educational or training program.
Must meet household income requirements

In order to be eligible for our one-time child care assistance grant, families must be at or below 300% of the 2021 Federal Poverty Level:
